Paul has full-charge responsibility for daily management, legal & compliance issues and serves as the corporate qualifying agent and licensee. He has more than 30 years of security and guard management experience. In 1992, he founded the original company in California, which became the dominant provider of security services in North San Diego County. Between 1999 and 2014, Paul established profitable operations in Los Angeles, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Denver.

Gordon is the chief contracting officer (CCO) for government and commercial affairs.
Gordon is a former U.S. Secret Service Special Agent with experience in executive protection, security advances, protective intelligence, and criminal investigations. His assignments included the New York Field Office and the Presidential Protective Division. He is a veteran of the Army National Guard, Military Police. Gordon has experience in security consulting focused on addressing workplace violence prevention through behavioral threat assessments and organizational integration of prevention methods.

Damien served as a United States Marine Military Policeman and a Texas police officer. He brings over 25 years of full-charge executive experience providing executive protection, crisis recovery, security management, investigation, and intelligence services for government, private, and international organizations. Damien's experience includes 4+ years of security management for the prime contractor of a Latin-American financial institution and 7+ years living with, training, and working alongside foreign host country security forces.
